Invisalign™ Trays are shipped to us from the Invisalign™ Company. Due to occasional, unforeseen shipping issues, if your trays do not arrive prior to your scheduled appointment we will contact you right away to find an alternate appointment time.

As with any type of orthodontics there are times when adjustments in treatment need to be made. That is no big deal and it even happens with Invisalign™. Sometimes additional impressions are taken and different Invisalign™ trays are made to address a particular issue. There are no increases in cost to you when this happens, it is just part of the process.

What if I lose one of my trays?

Lost trays can be replaced. Additional fees may apply. Using your tray case every time you take out your trays will help. Putting your trays in a napkin inevitably ends up in a lost tray. To maintain optimal results and protect your investment wear trays as directed

How to Wear your Invisalign™ Trays

Each set of trays should be worn for a full two weeks before switching to your next set. Moving into a new set too fast/early can compromise the remodeling bone resulting in bone loss and tissue recession.
Switch to your new set at bedtime. This will allow for easier first-time removal of the new set when it’s time to eat or brush your teeth.

Clean your retainers with a toothbrush and antibacterial soap. (Use of denture cleaners or toothpaste will dull and scratch the surface).
